Account Activity Tab
This tab displays the thirty-six monthly accumulators; twelve accumulators for the prior fiscal year, the current fiscal year and the future fiscal year. These fields are for display purposes only and cannot be edited. When transactions are posted through the system from any module, AccuBuild takes care of keeping each accumulator field in balance with the detail records. If for any reason these fields are not in balance with the detail records, then the Ledger > Integrity Tests > Update G/L Master option can be run to fix the discrepancy.
