Inventory Integrity Tests

This option allows the user to periodically perform a series of integrity tests on the data in the Inventory module.  These tests, with the exception of the update option, are also performed automatically with the System Administrator > Month End option.

The Inventory Integrity Tests consist of two options: All Tests and Update Inventory Master.  

The All Tests option runs a series of integrity tests on all of the inventory files to check for errors or corruption in the files. The Update Inventory Master option is used to update the inventory master file whenever errors are generated in the Inventory system that indicate a conflict between the inventory master list and the inventory detail files.
