The 'Invalid Date Time Stamp' message was encountered when trying to running the Payables | Integrity Tests | Update A/P Master Option. The error message will be displayed along with a value which may be positive or negative. If the value is negative, set a filter on the apchecks table to Trans_Date<'01/01/1990' to display the record. If the value is a large positive number, try setting the filter to a trans date greater than today's date. The record will show the odd value in the date field and the record can be modified or delete. If you choose to delete the record, then be sure to write down the information in all fields prior to deleting the record so that it can be manually added back into the file.
