New tailored solution titled FILTERGLACCOUNTSFORCOSTESTIMATESONLY controls the list of accounts in the G/L Account drop down for the accounts that are set up in the Estimate (ESTDETL table) for the corresponding job and phase.

This option needs to be enabled through the System Admin > Configuration > Accounting > Advanced Settings screen.
