Export to PDF Issues

Error:        Report will not export to PDF file.  

 

Action:        Register the PDF DLL files.  This option is found on the Help Menu of the main screen.  This option        should be performed at each workstation.  This option replaces the manual registration of these files        using the ExportModeler.fix file.

 

 Note: During the installation, if a DLL file already exists on your workstation, the system will display        an exception error message such as:  Cannot create file c:\winnt\system32\atl.dll.  Simply press OK        to move on.  AccuBuild will only install files that are not on the workstation.

 

Action:Contact AccuBuild Technical Support to receive the ExportModeller fix file.  The zip file contains one executable file and three dll files that must be registered on the workstation.  The files must be placed within the c:\windows\system32 folder.  The executable file must be edited and the AccuBuild program directory location must be updated.  Save the changes and then run the executable file.  BE SURE THE ACCUBUILD PROGRAM IS CLOSED BEFORE PERFORMING THIS OPERATION.  The program will attempt to register the dlls in the system registery and will display whether the attempt was successful.   ** Revised Nov 2007 - Version 8.3.0.0 Olive

 

 

Error:        Forms do not export to PDF format correctly.  

 

Action:        The required fonts for the form may not be installed on the workstation.  Use the        Install AccuBuild Fonts option on the Help Menu to install the required fonts.  Refer to the        documentation        on installing these fonts for additional information.
