Error Printing Reports

Error:One workstation on the network cannot print certain reports.  No errors, simply no data appears.  

 

Action:This can occur if another version of Crystal Reports is running on the machine.  Remove the program and reinstall the workstation version of AccuBuild.

 

Error:        Crystal Reports Exception Error

 Exception:  Access violation at address: … in module 'CRPE32.DLL'.

 Read of address . . .

 

Action:        Try closing the program and then retry to print the report.

 

Action:If data restructure has occurred on a recent update, then this message may be displayed if the report (usually a custom report) has not been refreshed.  Call AccuBuild to have the report updated.

 

Action:Verify that all default printer options in all modules and System Administrator and user maintenance are defined.

 

Action:May need to download latest printer drivers from web.  If HP drivers, then download is usually a self extracting zip file(.exe) and need to unzip.
