Error 1628; Install failed to complete

"Error 1628 - Install failed to complete" is displayed when attempting to install Aatrix.

This is a user rights issue.  Contact your IT administrator to have them temporarily elevate the domain user to an administrator that has the rights to install software.  Most domain users are standard users and do not have the rights to install software.
