Custom reports created in ReportBuilder Pro cannot be automatically converted into the Enterprise Version of AccuBuild. Please perform each step in the following outline for each report that will need to be converted.

Open the report in Version 7 and select the Design Tab.

From the File Menu, select Save To File and save the file as an RTM File.

Create a new report in Enterprise Version and select the Design Tab.

From the File Menu, select Load From File and select the RTM file saved in step 2 above. If prompted to save the current report, respond with NO.

When the RTM File is opened, the following error message will be displayed "Class TdaBDEQueryDataView not found". Click on the Ignore All Button and ignore the error.

The report layout will then be displayed and you will have to click on the Data Tab and select New and use the Query Wizard to pick the files that are required by the report. Refer back to the Version 7 report as reference for the file information including field links, sorting, calculations etc.

Preview the report and save.
