Company Information

This group of fields is used for printing your company's information on the form.  By default this information will be picked up from the company information entered in the File | System Administrator | Configuration screen and not the client number associated with your company.

 

Company Mailing / Shipping Address - The mailing/shipping address being displayed is controlled by the Delivery Method selection.  The shipping address will be used for all delivery method options except for the Mail option which uses the mailing address of the company.  

 

The company address on this screen can be manually entered by the user without affecting the company configuration settings and the changes will be remembered by the system each time this screen is displayed.  This is very useful in situations where documents are being processed from a job site office and the job site address needs to be used on all correspondence.  The custom address settings are maintained on a user by user basis which means that each user in the same company can tailor these settings to their individual needs.  For example, a project manager might want to include his or her phone extension with the company phone number or perhaps a cell phone number.  
Reset Button - The Company Info Reset Button is located at the top right side of the company information group box and can be used at any time to set the current displayed address (mailing or shipping) back to the company configuration settings.
