Error: Class Not Registered (Backup Data or Restore Data Screen)
Action: The following steps must be followed to manually register the Winzip program in Windows at each workstation that will be performing an AccuBuild backup:
| 1. | You must know the location of the AccuBuild program before attempting to register the Winzip program. In AccuBuild, go to Help | Session Info. Scroll to the section that displays: [Current Session Information]. The program will display the AccuBuild Program Directory such as C:\Accubld7\ or F:\Accubld8\ |
| 2. | Go to Start | Run, type in Command and then click OK. This will display a DOS screen. |
| 3. | Type cd\ and press Enter. |
| This will take you to the root of the drive that you are currently on. |
| Type cd windows\system (or cd windows\system32 for WINNT) |
| 4. | Type regsvr32.exe c:\accubld8\xceedzip.dll |
| Note: The c:\accubld8\ directory may be different for your company. You must type in your AccuBuild program directory as noted in Step 1. |
| 5. | Press Enter. Another screen should appear to tell whether the file was registered successfully. Type Exit and press Enter to return to Windows. If the file did not register successfully, please contact AccuBuild for further assistance. |
