The ADMS Forms are a series of forms that incorporate data from the clients and job databases into pre-designed forms. These forms have been designed with ReportBuilder Pro which is integrated with AccuBuild thereby making the forms fully customizable by the end user.
• | Form Customization – Save different versions of the same form and recall any version at any time. |
• | User Level Field Memorization – Options checked by each user on the various form screens are memorized by the system and these options will be recalled everytime the same user opens the form. |
• | Document Management Integration – If you own the Document Management module, then a copy of the ADMS form will be automatically saved in a PDF format to the Documents Tab of the client and/or job referenced in the form. Furthermore, if the e-mail option is used, the PDF document will automatically be attached to the e-mail and an e-mail transaction record will be created for each e-mail recipient. |
• | Full Export Capabilities – All ADMS forms can be exported to PDF, Word, Excel, or HTML. |
